About the Role

We're looking for someone who can wear two hats: keep the founder organized and productive as an Executive Assistant, while also driving Techzoid's brand presence across social media. This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with the founder and have real influence on how the company shows up to the world. What You'll Do

• Manage the founder's calendar, emails, and day-to-day scheduling
• Handle administrative tasks — travel coordination, document preparation, meeting notes
• Create, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok)
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and content calendar
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and grow the company's online presence
• Research trends and competitors to inform content strategy
• Coordinate with designers or tools to create visual content
• Support light project coordination and client communication as needed

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in executive assistance, virtual assistance, or social media management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar)
• Proficiency with productivity tools — Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, or similar
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Bonus: experience with Canva, basic graphic design, or short-form video editing
• Bonus: familiarity with the Nigerian or African tech ecosystem
