Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging Techzoid Innovation for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access our services.
2. Services
Techzoid Innovation provides technology services including web development, mobile app development, AI solutions, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, digital marketing, IT consulting, and data analytics. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal agreed upon by both parties.
3. Payment Terms
All projects require a 50% deposit before commencement of work. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final delivery or deployment. For retainer services, payment is due on the 1st of each month. Payments not received within 14 days of the due date may result in suspension of services. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. VAT (7.5%) is applicable where required by law.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, Techzoid Innovation assigns all intellectual property rights in the custom-developed deliverables to the client. We retain the right to: display the project in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed in writing); reuse general code patterns, libraries, and techniques in future projects. Third-party components used in projects remain subject to their original licences.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for: providing accurate and complete project requirements; supplying required content, assets, and materials in a timely manner; reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes; ensuring they have the rights to any content or intellectual property provided to us. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
6. Revisions & Changes
Project proposals include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond what is agreed will be quoted and billed separately. All change requests must be submitted in writing.
7. Warranties & Liability
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free. Our total liability to you in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project or agreement.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. The deposit is non-refundable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
